He went on to become lead consultant and web designer for CG Media in 1999. Most recently, Drew has been working for the past 4 years with a unique and well established Education-focused consulting firm that deals primarily in Higher Education.

Drew's recent projects include the successful Gmail4Troops.com, BlogAbroad.com, ReadySetBlog.com, and TheBlogFactory.net. Drew brings a strong technical background along with a sense of humor that never quits, and likes to write about himself in the third person like he is doing right now. OK I'll stop that BS. The Best Damn Tech Show, Period is going to be informative, entertaining, and fun. Join us while we try to figure out what the hell we're doing.

Paul Fleming

online dissertation writers help international Paul Fleming hails from the land down under which may explain his penchant for baby kangaroos. If you can understand a word he is saying, there may be some technology knowledge thrown around but it’s generally useless information and inane trivia. The Best Damn Tech Show, Period will serve as his outlet for this useless information as he battles wits with Matt “Boy Mulmer” Ulmer who will be sure to start crying if picked on too severely.

While many of you may not be able to understand a word this Aussie says, you can read articles and his blogs on EDU Insight, a news/magazine website providing technology information and news for higher education professionals. As Project Manager at EDU Internet Strategies, Paul spends his days yelling abuse at Dr. Drew, Adam Ant and Meckman...we anticipate things will remain the same on BDTSP.

Adam Plante

Adam Plante is a graduate from the Multimedia and Web Design program at the Art Institute of Philadelphia, he is well rounded in visual aesthetics as well as practical coding techniques. He is versed in the use of PHP, JavaScript, ASP, SQL, MySQL, Flash, and many other dynamic programming languages and authoring programs. His experiences include designing database driven web pages, information architecture, and making the coolest damn Chewbacca voice ever.

He plays bass for the Hilliard Band, whose music you can hear in the Best Damn Tech Show intro and outro.

BDTSP Alumni

Matt Eckman

Matt Eckman is a stud of a man who manages to be a cool cat despite thinking that normalization of databases is exciting. Really. I am...I mean, he really IS cool! He works as a database analyst for EDU, Inc., the best company in the world when it comes to EDU's and Inc.'s.

Meckman is self-educated in his computer career, and has spent the last 4 years working with Filemaker, a powerful desktop database system. Now he is branching out into MySQL and DB2, and experimenting with PHP and various flavors of XML and XSLT to see how they can be used to make better websites. Somehow he got mixed up with this motley crew and was bullied into speaking into a microphone with a group of maniacs. More fun to follow.

Pam Newman

So who is Pam Newman?

The answer to the meaning of life? Someone who you met a long time ago, and vaguely remember the face of yet you are unable to place her name? Is she the girl who used to have a radio show that everyone listened to and laughed at/with?

The world may never know, but it does take three licks to get to the center of a tootsie-pop.

Pam is a 24 year old uber-nerd who often has delusions of grandeur and likes to laugh and talk about the good times she's had. Sometimes she actually has these conversations with other people. Pam somehow manages to remain a pretty girl and still fix computers with the Geek Squad for a living. She's been in the professional nerd business since she was a teenager, however she still aspires to become famous and laugh and talk into microphones and cameras for a substantial, successful living. With a face for tv and a voice for radio this smart-alek young woman is kicking butt, taking names and is always awesome everyday.

Brand Gamblin

Brand Gamblin has been making video games since he was eight years old (seriously, it was about the Alamo, there was no way to win). After receiveing his bachelor's in Computer Science from Texas Tech, Brand joined Microprose to work on such projects as European Air War, Gunship!, and Tank Platoon III.

After that, Brand joined Acclaim, where he worked on Turok:Evolution, NBA JAM, and 100 Bullets. Brand has worked on every single system in a video game, and has spent the last seven years in the industry. He is currently employed by Roxor games, working on their next big coin-op title.

In his spare time, Brand writes sci-fi, acts in local theater, and makes his own homebrew video games.
